So I'm flying with my batchgirl today! It is our second flight since we graduated and it has been more than a year! Flights with batchies are always nice and hard to come by. So despite it being a short flight we never want to give it away!
It was just a short short Medan (KNO) today and both my batchgirl and I wanted to swap it away for longer flights (to earn more money) but changed our minds after we checked the crew! I wanted to swap it away because I was off yesterday and tomorrow so I feel a little "wasted" to do such a short flight with so much rest.
As mentioned we went for the flight and we got to work together! I'm S3 and she chose S5 because she had two more flights after this so wanted to do "less work" hahaha. One of the senior crew wasn't feeling well so she chose S2.
Since boarding we could already sense the weirdness in the passengers that was very different from people on all other flights. One passenger put all his bags into the overhead compartment, sat down and then took everything out and brought with him to the toilet.
Another one seated at 20C, was directed to his seat by my crew. My crew showed him to his seat and said, "sir, your seat," and he replied, "20C".
"Yes sir, this is your seat."
"Yes, 20C"
"Sir, this is 20C."
"My seat is 20C."
*facepalm*
Then on the second sector there's people rejecting me serving food to them but asking for food just as I left their row AND returning me the untouched food as I am doing collection. *rolleyes*
A passenger had a huge mole on his left cheek with extra long and curly hair on the mole.
Not forgetting that moment when 5 call bells went off one by one and my crew and I were scrambling to find pens and immigration cards for almost every passenger.
And that Row 5 mother, who at one moment wanted me to let her kid pass through my cart so he could go to the washroom, yet blame me for not clearing her tray AS I was letting her kid pass through, maybe you should tell me how to do my job.
This flight left all of us bewildered. All in a day's work~
