Standby today called up for XMN at 3.10am.
Its a tiring three days pattern: KL-XMN-KL. Weather was so bad onboard that we could not finish service.
I was lucky to be working in JCL with total passengers for both ways lesser than 24. EY couldn't go on with collection because it got too bumpy so it was suspended for almost an hour.
On the way back, thanks to the two freelance crew with tons of flying experience, we had seven compliment letters onboard! My passenger in JCL and a group of Singaporeans amongst all the China passengers all commented that the service on their flight to XMN was horrible but on our flight they were very satisfied. We needed to do ten surveys on the flight back and the group of Singaporeas in EY actually asked for more to compliment us.
A good way to end the bad first sector. Third day tomorrow!
