KL workout

05 February 2017 // Sunday

Sunday guys. And I'm working. Haha just a KL.

Load was pretty good, 80+ and 60+. Light load means no issue with baggage and also lesser chances of delay.

But just as we were discussing, no matter how light the load for KL (unless less than 50), the flight time is never enough. You don't even have time to slacken a little bit, or else you'd be rushing to prepare for landing.

I was S3 today, so I am supposed to start service from first row of EY (Row 5). But due to the short flight time for KL, the take off period is usually shorter than usual, which also means the aircraft is actually still climbing when we are pushing out the carts for service. Because we were down by one crew for this flight, I was going to man my cart alone. It sure is a hell workout just by pulling my cart out because the aircraft was not level. By the time I reached Row 5 I was already panting and my leg muscles were aching. Phew.

On the returning flight there were two families with infants at Row 5. And we were just discussing about parents asking for bassinets on a KL flight. The actual flight time is only 45mins, and excluding take off and landing its only less than 30mins. Some people just want to make our lives difficult.

Not to mention passengers who bring their own cup noodles and ask for hot water... honestly we have nothing much to comment on that, and neither are we going to stop you from consuming that. But on a KL flight?Ain't nobody got time for that.

And also, passengers who ask for blanket when we are preparing for landing. You want to bring the blanket home is it?

That kinda summarizes my flight today. Just back from a 3D2N staycation with my Hubby for his birthday so I was totally not in the mood for work haha. Anyways amsby tomorrow and followed by KL again the day after.

Let's see what's in store for me tomorrow!
