Saturday morning was supposed to be a KL flight but yesterday office called to ask if I was willing to do a PEN instead which comes back earlier so why not? Although I was pretty skeptical whenever office calls but oh well just trying my luck.
So I heard the reporting time over the phone and when I woke up this morning and checked in for my flight, to my ultimate horror I realized I remembered the wrong reporting time and it actually mean I was going to be late! I hurried my hubby and gave a call to briefing room to inform I'd 5-10mins late (Google Map says 8mins to be exact).
I was totally stressed out and hurried to briefing room once I arrived at the airport and the other crew were all waiting for me to start briefing and I feel so paiseh ><
So I was S2 (since a long time ago) but I was kinda happy 'cos feeling tired from the morning RT and can avoid interacting with passengers. Sometimes S2 is the best position when you just don't want to talk to anyone haha.
So during boarding I heard a lot of commotion in the cabin and secretly thanking cic for putting me as S2 to get out of all these drama.
During the second sector, passenger at 22C feedback to me about the boarding process at Penang station and that he liked it very much and suggested that we should adopt the same boarding method at other stations too. Honestly I know nuts about boarding because it is solely up to the ground staff so I just passed him a feedback form and asked him to write in to our company. Case closed.
All in all was a good flight, we were pretty fast since we completed collection before Captain's arrival announcement. We departed at the nearest gate and ended up arriving at the furthest gate. A long walk to get out...
